Abbey Drucker was born in Bellmore, New York. She started receiving international accolades for her photography by the age of sixteen. After studying photography at the School of Visual Arts and working at Ellen Von Unwerth’s studio, Drucker started her professional career at Conde Nast. For over a decade she has cultivated a successful career in commercial and advertisement work, photographing world renowned actors, musicians, athletes, and activists.
Recently, Drucker has transitioned into fine art, illuminating the fluidity of womanhood and human connection . With an interest in the study of psychology, she bases her research around the intricacies of mental health and sexuality. Her work is subtle and provocative; driven by her advocacy for mindfulness, consensual practice and total inclusivity. Drucker empowers her subjects to embrace their bodies. Her work captures softness through light sculpting, using the physicality of nature as the catalyst to romance, heartbreak, vulnerability and resilience
Today she shares her time between New York, Los Angeles and Miami balancing fine art and advertising
